Diodes are 1S1558 (Si). Should not have major different if 1N914 / 1n4148 is used here.

Pot are arranged in this sequence (Left to Right) : GAIN –> TONE –> VOLUME.

As in the original, the 20K TRIMMER is left as TRIMMER. It is easy wiring if you decide to pull it to the panel.

As usual, this layout are designed to use MULTICAP / WIMA style film cap. If you need to use the GREENIE MYLAR, you’ll need to bend the lead a bit to fit into the smaller pitch size, esspcially for cap with 0.1uF and above.

Some “+” mark for some E-Cap were hidden by either the pad or the green silk screen. Bottomline, for polarized component, square pad denoted positive/anode, round pad for negative/katode. For Pot / Trimmer, square pad denote the first lug.

If you know the origin of this pedal, this is is the AMBER BOX that doesn’t has tone switch.  
(GREEN BOX has tone SWITCH).

IC is LF353 or LF412. You may try any Dual OpAmp.
I used JRC4558D in my build. It  sound like a  cranked TS.

Do i need to speak much of this famous FUZZ?

This is a variant of Fuzz Face. So you know how to use this?
I put a E-Love before this fuzz but i couldn’t hear the E-Love portion.
This is good for a “one touch” lead tone.

1M pull down resistor is not in the original schematic.
It was added for just in case. I didn’t have problem without installing this resistor.

103 input cap was said to have “NO MEAT”. I put an optional 103 / 104 in the layout.

Additional pads added to cater different pitch sized for 470p cap.

Ignore the tant mark for the 47p cap.

Diode are 1n400X.

Sq pad for POT is the first lug.

Sq pad for E-Cap denote positive terminal.
