SodaE13 - Pending Verification

Size of Board: 43mm Width x 35mm Height (1590B Box Okay!)
Led and Switch pad are mean to use “fly-wire” connection.
47uF above MPSA18 are mean to mount as “laydown” caps.

GSR - Verified.

Size of Board: 55mm WIDE x 33 mm HEIGHT (1590B Okay)
Use BAT41 for Dfor1 and Drev.
Dfor 2 is Germanium Diode, 1n34.

3 pads within the 2N7000 MOSFET are the HARD / SOFT Switch.

Tone is 100K.

ARC Booster - Build Verified

Size of Board: 52mm WIDE x 41mm HEIGHT (1590B Box Ok!)
The slashed part are changes needed to build RC.

For AC, use 2 diodes in RV and 1 in  FW clipper group.
For RC, use 3 diodes in both RV and FW clipper group.

Transistor in the original unit is 2SC1815 (view from top, left to right = ECB)

Classica RAT - I draw this by popular demand…

Size of  Board: 56mm Wide x 36mm Height (1590B Box Ok!)

This is really classic. No mod, no change.
(except some additional pad / components for the modern 3PDT bypass)

I draw this base on popular demand however, i will not share the PCB trace for the time being. Sorry for all inconvenience.

Vox 8162 Distortion Booster

Size of Board: 46mm Width x 22 mm Height (1590B OK!)

Knob arrangement: 5K - Distortion  ; 50k - Volume

Original transistor BC208A (hfe 125~260 @ 2mA) is distincted!
BC108A is a good replacement.

Any low gain NPN transistor , with CBE (BC series, BC107 / 108 / 109…) or EBC (2n series, 2n3904, 2n4401….) layout can be used. If BC series is used, remember to turn the transistor 180 degree when install.

104 film cap is TROPICAL FISH CAP in original circuit.

1M resistor, 2k2 resistor, LED and 100uF eCap is not present in original schematic. It was added to elimiated pop with 3PDT True Bypass switching.

Purple800 - Build Verified.

Size of Board: 55mm Width x 27 Height (1590B Box Ok!)

Pot Arrangement: GAIN–FREQ–VOL

INPUT is the pad below 2M2 Resistance.
The component near “Purple800″ label is LED and a pads to connect to 3PDT switch. 2k2 near Dp is the current limiting resistor for this LED.

The pitch of cap are for ceramic multi-dip.

This is a plexi/crancked JCM800 emulation.

SHO_TWINS - NOT WORKING!!!!

THIS IS NOT WORKING.
BUT SHOULD WORK IF YOU DIDN’T USE NO MILLENIUM BYPASS ON IT.

Sized of Board: 82mm WIDE X 24mm HEIGHT (1590B Box - vertically mount ok!)

Millenium Bypass is on board.
M1 & M2 is “Millenium Signal” for channel 1 & 2 respectively.

The symbol of BS170 is reverse (this is 2N7000 layout infact). Please reverse the transistor when you install it.

In = Input port for Channel 1.
OUT1 = Output port for Channel 1.
In1 = Input port for Channel 2.
OUT = Output for Channel 2.

DistoM - Build Verified

Size of Board: 58mm Wide x 38mm Height (1590B Box Ok!)
Pot Arrangement (Left to Right) : DRIVE –> TONE –> LEVEL

Layout are verified to match with the schematic found in this link.
http://i180.photobucket.com/albums/x176/lynessmy/DistoM_SCM.png

Diodes are 1S1558 (Si). Should not have major different if 1N914 / 1n4148 is used here.

This layout is build verified. Thanks to auadioguy from freestompboxes who making this confirmation.

CrunchBoxV2 - Verified

Size of Board: 55mm Wide x 43 mm Height (1590B Box Ok!)
Pot are arranged in this sequence (Left to Right) : GAIN –> TONE –> VOLUME.

As in the original, the 20K TRIMMER is left as TRIMMER. It is easy wiring if you decide to pull it to the panel.

As usual, this layout are designed to use MULTICAP / WIMA style film cap. If you need to use the GREENIE MYLAR, you’ll need to bend the lead a bit to fit into the smaller pitch size, esspcially for cap with 0.1uF and above.

Some “+” mark for some E-Cap were hidden by either the pad or the green silk screen. Bottomline, for polarized component, square pad denoted positive/anode, round pad for negative/katode. For Pot / Trimmer, square pad denote the first lug.
